Different colors under the last posts column?
ex: Some are red some are like a maroon color

Me thinks the bright red represents something new.
Like... the newest member on the site shows up bright red, the rest are maroon. Same goes for posts.

I noticed they change colors when you check someone's profile. The go from moroon to red. The others are green (admins), blue (global mods) and yellow (mods)

I think it's set up for the maroon to be unread threads, while the bright red ones are posts that you've read.
I think once a new post is made in a previously bright red thread, it will once again turn maroon.
As for the member colours. green are admins, blue are global mods, orange are mods and red are regular members.
