Any Lakers fans made their way over here yet?
What are you feelings on the upcoming season?
I think the team made some significant strides in the playoffs last year and the addition of Radmanovic should provide that consistent outside shot that the team so sorely missed last season.
PG is still a bit of a weakness but the triangle can mask that a bit. Farmar looked good in the summer league and seems like he might be a good fit to play with a superstar like Kobe.
Kwame looked solid at his natural C position and if he can overcome his hands made of rock he could give the team a boost.
They aren't ready to win it all just yet, but they should be an intriguing team this year.

I am a Lakers fan that has made it over here. I too like the signing of Vladimir Radmanovic. I do worry about the PG situation, but I think the Lakers will be able to get by with it as is and make the Playoffs like they did last season.

I'm a Laker fan. I'm sorry to hear about what's going to happen to our fanhome page where we all came to love and meet eachother. But you know what there's always time for a chance and to be able to bring back the past I'm one that's all for it. Oldschool was so special. Glad it's returned. As for your questions I feel this will be another must wait and see season but I'll admit we did improve this offseason but in the right ways?Kwame showed he came alive in the second half of the season but can he hold up an entire season like that? Point guard wise eventhough Farmar looked good in the summer league that doesn't necessarily means he's ready for the the big leagues just yet.

I'm a fan. BTW, whatever happened to that Al Harrington rumor to the Lakers? I lost track.

It is being discussed again now that the Indy deal is dead.
I'd be very surprised to see him in LA though to be honest. I think Golden State is able to offer a much more enticing package.

I would love to see Al Harrington in a Lakers uniform. But, I agree with Patronus that I think other teams, such as Golden State, could offer more enticing packages.

It looks like Al Harrington may be heading on back to the Indiana Pacers. The deal is not complete yet, but it seems like a deal that will happen. Nice pickup by the Pacers if the trade does go through, but I wish the Lakers could have gotten Harrington. Oh well.

It's official he's back with the pacers. Good deal by both sides.
