Most improved? Probably Nashville over the last few years. As for winning it... Detroit.

I'll go ahead and say the Blues. I mean they had a terrible team last year, so perdy much anything would be better then last year. I'll say this, I'm actually excited to see the Blues take the ice this year, last year.... Not so much. And I'm a Blues FREAK!
