Heh I hear ya...I can't think of any real monster beat I've taken (other than the usual preflop hands). I've lost with full houses but that's all I can come up with.

The worst I've had was at a buddies....I had the ace of clubs and some lower card that was also clubs. The flop is all clubs. One of the guys goes all-in....I figure he has the flush too, but I have the Ace so I'm safe. I call. Turns out he had pocket kings. Turn is a king. River is a king.
I was stunned.

Worst beat for me was online....it wasn't a terrible beat, but the way it came was just awful.
I was playing poker for no joke like 13 hours one day online... started with 50$ and got it up to over 1400$.
I was playing on a 5/10$ no limit table and I was dealt AA. I was raised pre-flop, so I re-raised, then the other guy went all in... his stack was over 7K... I called (all my money)
He had 33 vs. my AA..... he turned a 3.... my day was ruined

Was watching High Stakes Poker on GSN (love this show btw), and Daniel Negraneau and Gus Hansen were going against each other in a cash game. Gus had pocket 5's and Daniel had pocket 6's. The flop comes up 9,6,5, and both flop sets. They're both thinking "AWESOME!".....on the turn comes another 5! Gus ends up taking the pot, which was over $600,000!

Why does everyone on youtube feel the need to put random music loudly over the clips? Let the clips speak for themselves and in the case of this one, let us hear what the players are actually saying.

Just in my home game, heads up, I'm in the small blind and get 6d2d as big stack. I just call the big blind since he's a conservative player and likes to see flops for cheap so he checks. Flop comes out 5d 4d 3c. I flop the straight with a weak flush draw but I think I'm sitting pretty. Next card comes out as Ac, he goes all in and I call (putting him on either a lower straight or a flush draw). He states that he flopped the straight as well with 6c2c. River comes down to us both needing to hit our flush or else it's a split pot. River card comes, 3d, giving me the straight flush and the game.
Another game, but against the same player. I have A-3 off in heads up play. Flop comes 6-K-K. He makes a small bet, I call thinking my A is decent. Turn is another K. He makes another small bet and I call. River is great for me as it's the 4th K. Giving me quad K's with an Ace. He goes all in, I call. We both flip over an Ace, but his second card was a 6. He went from a full boat on the turn to a split pot. The board gave him a dirty beat.
