Udo - actually saw him in concert after he left Accept. He opened for Guns N Roses before GnR was uber popular.
Love that song Willow!

Carnival of Rust - Poets of the fall Poets is an awesome band that I'm assuming is very obscure in north america, since I can't find this cd for less then 50$ or even in north america. Edit - here listen to some clips. Yes I know it's a myspace page, at least it's the band's official page. www.myspace.com/poetsofthefall

I listen to more country now since canesfan turned me on to it. I assumed as much. She's pretty good about staying away from a lot of the crap that comes out of Nashville. That said, she's missing most of the great alt-country. Both of you would probably enjoy it. I'll stack of a list of starter songs to try sometime if you're interested.

Sting and company covering "Little Wing", live. Lovely. A very well-done cover, if you ask me. I'm listening to Fool's Overture, by Supertramp.

Peggy Sue by the awesome Mr. Buddy Holly. Yes, i LOVE Buddy Holly.
G, i like Sting's version very much, but for me personally, the best ever is Stevie Ray's instrumental of it. SO beautiful, and i bet Jimi woulda loved it...
